Critical Day/OFO Information
From November 1 through April 30, our transportation customers may be faced with a Critical Day.
On a Critical Day, transportation customers' storage withdrawals will be limited and use of Nicor Gas' supplies will depend on service selections.
The company may impose an Operational Flow Order (OFO) in order to adequately maintain its system. The company shall first request customers and suppliers to voluntarily take actions to alleviate the supply situation that is threatening operational integrity, to the extent possible. If such voluntary actions do not alleviate the situation, the company will implement an OFO.
